Massive congratulations to Phillippa and Pip, who just crossed the finish line in a time of 28 days 19hrs 48mins 20secs covering a distance of 5931 miles. In 9th place.
Its been such a tough and close race for girls who nearly pulled back a place in the last few miles and got with in a mile and half of 8th place SNBSN but with the light and tricky winds in the last few miles finished just 34mins ahead.
They achieved there goal of finishing in the top 10 which is a was always going to be difficult, considering all the boats ahead bar one where generation 3 boats. They where also the only British entry and all female team to finish this tough race.
